If you’re a customer of one of our partner water companies or local authorities, you may be eligible for a free Water MOT / Audit designed to help you save water, reduce energy use and lower your utility bills.
The visit is quick, simple and carried out by one of our trained Control Flow engineers. During the appointment we check your water flow rates, provide advice on saving water, and where appropriate install our HL2024® water-saving devices.
Most visits take between 20 and 45 minutes, and the service is completely free for eligible households.

Here’s what to expect on the day of your appointment
During the free Water Audit our Engineer will first test the flow rates at the property, check the water meter chamber (if you have one), locate the stopcock and inspect the property for signs of any minor leaks.
Our expert Engineer will recommend the most suitable Control Flow device for your property.
Our engineer will ask for your consent to install a water-saving device into your home or business
If suitable, our engineer will proceed to install the appropriate Control Flow device that day and, if possible, even fix any minor leaks.
Rest assured, they will clean up after themselves, leaving your property the way they found it.
Once the installation is completed, our Engineer will explain the work done and ensure you are 100% satisfied with the work carried out.
Now you can start enjoying the benefits of reduced water and energy bills and knowing that you will also be helping the environment.
Remember, if you decide you no longer want the product installed, simply contact us and we’ll arrange for its removal.
